REFUND AND CANCELLATION

 

• The refund is full & you will get your money back if the paper does not reach the reviewing stage. (Transaction charges are applicable) 
• The refund is full & you will get your money back if the paper is not accepted (Transaction charges are applicable)
• There is no refund after the Acceptance Certificate is issued
• There are no refunds or cancellation of debts if the author withdraws his or her paper from consideration; or if he or she declines to revise and resubmit.
• There are no refunds or cancellation of debts, once the paper is published.
• There are no refunds or cancellation of debts if the paper is removed due to Copyright Infringement Claims.
• There are no refunds to plagiarism complaints/copy right complaints.
• There is no refund for indexing issues like Google Scholar, Scopus, and Google etc.
• There is no refund if the author is unsatisfied after publication.
• No Refund will be issued if the author wishes to cancel the publication with us after completing the payment and final submission/after the publication process.
• After Publishing Issue / Indexing author can’t make the correction in the article. After publishing Issue/Indexing, If the author wants correction in the article he/she has to pay extra as per changes in the article.
• If editor or chief editor find out particular paper is not suitable for publication in later stage i.e. after acceptance & before publication, we will refund the entire fee into the same paid author account. It will be credited within 7-15 working days
• Wrongly deposited money or extra deposit money will be returned back within 03 weeks if the respective author informs us within 02 days after the date of money deposit.
• Refunds will proceed through the online mode in 10-15 working days for overseas authors and 5 working days for local authors.

Changes to this Refund Policy

Noves Ricerca has the discretion to make changes to our services, and associated terms & conditions (including terms and conditions on refund and cancellation), from time to time. Before availing our services, you are advised to refer to our latest terms and conditions on this page and the associated product/service-specific terms and conditions page.

Thank you for registering Noves Ricerca conferences (“Conference”). Regardless of whether your registration is submitted by you or your proxy, the following Conferences Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to you and your participation in any Noves Ricerca conference. Depending on the type of conference, certain terms below may not apply. “Attendee” for purposes of these Terms will include all participants at the Conference, including Exhibitors and Attendees. By participating in this Conference, you agree to these Terms so please read them carefully. These Terms include and incorporate by reference Noves Ricerca Privacy Policy. This Conference is organized by Noves Ricerca, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual.

Conferences Registration Payment Terms :

Currency Exchange Rate Disclaimer: Client/Cardholder confirms acknowledgment and acceptance of a potential gain/loss incurred by any adjustments made by their bank due to the currency exchange rate. Noves Ricerca will not be liable or responsible for any loss incurred by the Client/Cardholder from an adjustment made due to the currency exchange rate. Nor will Noves Ricerca pursue the Client/Cardholder for collection if that adjustment should be made in the Client’s/Cardholder’s favor.

Submission of a registration online, by phone, email or fax, constitutes an official registration and intent to attend the Conference. Invoices are payable upon receipt. Full payment must be received prior to the Conference in order to gain entry.

You agree that, in the unlikely event that Noves Ricerca cannot resolve your payment issue and you dispute the credit card charge, your electronic statement may be used as evidence that said charge is valid and just. If there are any issues with your credit card charge, please contact Noves Finance finance@novesricerca.com.

Attendee Cancellation Policy :

If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to the Noves Ricerca Global Conferences team info@novesricerca.com
• Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% - 100% of the registration fees.
• Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
• Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund

Our attendee cancellation policy is outlined below :

Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff date or nonattendance will not be refunded and/or tickets will not be re-activated. For cancellations received after the cutoff date with a balance due, the registration amount remains due in full.

Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff date or nonattendance will not be refunded and/or tickets will not be re-activated. For cancellations received after the cutoff date with a balance due, the registration amount remains due in full.After the cancellation cutoff date, payments made are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use conference attendance credentials due to illness or due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the parties, such as an act of God, natural disaster, travel-related problems or an act of terrorism.

Substitution and Badge Policy :

Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the conference start date. Certain conferences require attendees to be qualified by Noves Ricerca to attend and any substitutions would also require approval by Noves Ricerca. “No Shows” will be deemed a cancellation per the cancellation cutoff date in the Cancellation Policy listed above. Invitations that are part of a Noves membership or invitational program are non-transferable and are not eligible for substitution. Additional terms of your Noves Ricerca agreement may apply. Please consult your Noves representative with any questions.

Sharing of Attendee passes is not permitted at any time. Badges are issued to, can be picked up by, and used by only the Attendee named in the registration. Photo ID will be required for each Attendee when collecting a badge onsite. Badges must be worn at all times during the Conference.

A Noves Ricerca Conference badge allows an attendee entry to the overall Conference, but cannot guarantee admission to every session, lounge, or meeting area. Admission is subject to venue capacity and other requirements. For example, certain sessions may be restricted from vendor attendees.

Conference code of conduct :

Noves brings out exclusive knowledge experience to academics, researchers, scholars and professionals across the world who explores knowledge and skills in order to succeed in their career and conquer the world. We aim to provide a welcoming harassment-free conference experience for all our participants and make more quality time with professional bodies.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at Noves conferences are required to agree with the following code of conduct. We will enforce this code throughout the event, and we expect cooperation from all our participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Any kind of harassment based on gender, gender identity, and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion and the technical choice is totally prohibited in Noves conferences. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate and no offense or disrespect intended. All participants shall endure treating all individuals with respect and tolerance without any distinction to sex, gender, religion, language, and race.

Noves Ricerca has authorized Conference participants taking photographs, recording video or making audio recordings during the Conference. The photographs, videos and audio recordings should only be used for conference-related activities including Social media.

Participants shall refrain from being intoxicated or taking drugs in the conference and unethical behavior including damaging property or equipment not expected at the venue.

By registering to attend Noves Ricerca Conferences, you are hereby agreeing to the Conference Code of Conduct. We value your attendance and safety and will do everything within our control to make sure that your experience at our conferences remains a positive one. If any participant violates the code of conduct, the organizers have the rights to take adequate actions against him or her.
